A6 Warning Lights

Hi,

Just bought an Audi A6 ’05 plate. When I switch on the car no warning lights/symbols are displayed. When press the “Check” button some warning signs are displayed. Is this common? It is my first Audi, so am not too sure.

I believe this to normal. I think that when you press the check button the warning lights come up in turn just to show you it is doing something. At the end of the check the display should show OK if there are no problems.
