Hi All,

My Allroad is fitted with 19"x 8.5J 20 spoke alloys & 245 ZR's.

It's fine on good tarmac, but not so good with potholes & rough ground etc. However, it has beheved very well on recent ice & snow.

But I don't like the "wire wheels" look, it doesn't suit the nature of the car.:sadlike:

I am considering fitting Audi 10 spoke alloys 18"x8J plus 245 Y tyres. (£850)

Any suggestions !!!!

I have the 3ltr tdi with 18" alloys and it performs well. The only problem that I have had is that I'm running a well worn set of Michelin primacy tyres (down to about 4mm) which gave minimal grip in the snow.

For tyres I will probably go for goodyears as most of my colleagues have used them and have found them to be good and they are slighly cheaper than the conti's

HI,
DID YOU EVER GET THE 18' 10 SPOKE WHEELS?
THE AUDI ORIGINALS ARE SIMPLY TOO EXPENSIVE, AROUND £1800.
wHERE CAN I GET SOME REPLICAS?
THANKS,
B.
