Audi A6 Avant sport 52 plate

i have a 52 plate a6 sport and have 2 minor problems.

one i keep getting a wet boot and rear washer not working,must be linked but how does the trim come off.

second on the rear seat i have 2 drink holders which only one comes out,how to get to it is a mystery

Your wet boot will be due to the hose coming off the washer jet.
