2003 A6 2.5TDI SE Multitronic problem

Hi All,

New to the forum and looking for some advice.

Had the car almost 2 years full Audi history and has been as good as gold, but in the last 3 days the gears has been acting rather strange.

At the same point from home and from work (Approx 10mins after starting the engine) when in Drive it has a 20 - 30 second fit and flicks between Drive and Sport, then settles back into the nice smooth drive I have come to enjoy.

Is this the start of something bad? Not driving it for the next week anyway but wondered if anyone else had ever experienced this?
