Hello, my other half has a A6 1.8T auto S reg so it is an old one. For the past 2 weeks she has got a problem that we cant work out. No warning lights are showing, no smoke from the pipes, but after driving the car for say 20 mins if you pull up at a roundabout and stop or almost stop it starts to lose its power and kangaroos like a rodeo bull! I drove it to Alton Towers which is around a hour drive, with no problems turbo kicked in fine and engine was running smooth, until we pulled up at the gate then as I put my foot down power disappeared and it started jumping. The drive home was fine which is strange. Car had its MOT today, and apart from a ball joint needing doing it passed. Any help would be grateful as this is a pain in the ***, and no its not her driving!!!
