2001 A6 Avant 2.5TDI air vents blocked?

The air vents in the centre of the dashboard and at the LH and RH sides are only letting a trickle of air through regardless of fan settings. I also think the vebts in the rear that come out from between the front seats are blocked too. Screen and footwell vents are fine. Any ideas on whats causing this to happen and how to fix it?

These air to these vents are operated via a motor. It may be that this motor and its controller aren't working. I had to uninstall elsawin otherwise I'd send you the location. I'll try to get it re installed over the weekend and get you the info
