unknown dash warning light???????

i got a dash warning light this morning but I checked in the hand book and it's not listed.

it's a circle with a big cross through that looks like it has a small handle at the top of the circle...... anyone know?

I think thats the warning for a blown lamp. Check all your side, head, stop, tail and indicator lights are working
