Climate wont blow cold although its charged

weird problem with the climate system on a 2003 1.9tdi a6. It blows warm no problems but doesnt drop to cold.

The aircon has been charged and tested and is fine, and the fella says there is an electrical prob sumwhere as the pump isnt kicking in ?

Could this be down to a relay if so does anyone know where it is and the number ??

any help appreciated

My brothers 2003 A3 has the same problem and s due to go in shortly under warranty.

Thye told him its the wiring loom from the aircon controls and a common problem.


Ive never heard of it myself but thats what they say.
