I want to fix a towbar to the car, preferably one with a detachable ball hitch. I am only planning to pull a bike trailer for the boys dirt bike with it, no mega loads. All recommendations on best one to use gratefully received.

I had a Bosal Removable unit fitted to my previous A6.
It fitted perfectly behind the bumber trim, and the removable tow ball fitted in the spare wheel well.
I also had the 13 pin electrics fitted as per Audi factory fit - it swung down, from the fitting again making it invisible when not in use.
