Replacing Existing AMP

Hi,

I have an S6 Avant with Symphony II system and I guess this has the amp and sub in the right rear...?

I am thinking what can I do to replace this with a PROPER amp and thus them maybe upgrade speakers and add a nice sub in the vast boot!

Any ideas?
