Need to replace Windscreen - how do I find the part number?

Hi all,

An hour ago the windscreen in my '03 A6 was victim to a large stone throw up by a lorry 40 yards ahead.


I need to replace it but want to make sure I get the exact same screen.
Do you know if there is a model number on the windscreen that I can tell my insurers and where to find it?
