Blown Turbo

Hi, have a blown Turbo on my 2000 1.8T Avant Quattro - APU Engine.

I would be grateful if anyone knows where I can find a FAQ or step by step intructions on how and what I need to do to replace/fit a new turbo e.g. what bits to replace i.e. oil pipes, what bits to clean i.e. intercooler, induction chamber, etc.

I would also welcome any recommendations for turbo specialists or independent Audi specialists around the South Bucks area - 2 spring to mind - AMD in Bicester and Fontain in Iver. Anyone care to comment on Fontain?
