Chris has just replaced the thermostat and re-timed the engine and fuel pump correctly. First time it's run properly in the 10 years that I have had it.
First class job done by a really nice guy who really knows his stuff.

There's nothing Chris doesn't know about the v6 tdi. Like you said, really nice chap.

Thanks a lot Mr Howard, was really nice to talk to you,took the chill edge off the weather ! Glad to hear the old girl has a new lease of life, that was quite a lucky save there when the belt broke- that and the fact the cams were a little off- tipex marks don't always work... Cheers everyone !
