Disappearing steering fluid

Over the past week I have put around 500ml of power ssteering fluid
in my 2004 allroad 2.5 diesel.
there are no leaks. Is it getting dragged through the engine? Don't kknow if this is possible.
Or gathering in the rubber gators on the rack.
Has anyone out there got any advice? Cheers

No codes or pools.
my mate runs a garage and is good enough to scan car for free
but I feel after 10 plus free scans (suspension) I'm taking the p.
