audi 2.5tdi V6 timing belt change issues - lack of power

just completed doing my timing belt change. car runs smoothly, timing within spec on VCDS. Drives ok but lack of power - almost as tough turbo not working. Any help/ideas?

Took front end completely off but sure i have reconnected everything.

No fault codes.

Could it be to do with the vacuum pump which has to come off to get timing tool in? What would happed if it is not making a vacuum? If this is a possible cause how do you test it?

just noticed close to the vacuum pump on its hoze there is a T connector and 1 of the tiny pipes has snapped off its nipple. THis pipe leads to a box with lots of other vacuum pipes & electricial connectors - could it really be as simple as lack of vacuum getting to the turbo?
