a6 19tdi starts ok, floor the excelerator,slow reponce untill 2-4000 rpm, then ok

Hi, i am new first time, the problem is always on start up it will clear standing still and waiting with excelerator to the floor for apporx 5 seconds untill the revs reach 2- 4000 rpm it varies, or the same driving, once it clears and revs ok its ok but i think underpowered

Could be a number of issues, MAF sensor, N75 (controlling the turbo vanes). Stuck VNT vanes/actuator. Vacuum leak somewhere. Get the car on VCDS and read the fault codes.
