Getting to wiper motor?

Anybody know how to do this? Had a quick look and I can slide off the large plastic panel (that covers the battery, etc) easily enough but its not clear how the smaller panel comes off (thats on the bottom of the windscreen and with the wiper spindles protrude through).

for those doing a search. 3 clips hold in in place left, right and middle and then it comes away perpedicular to the windscreen with a bit of wiggling.

You also have to get out the wiper arms first. Then, the plastic cover should come out easily.

Beware: when you put things back, place them in perfect position. Otherwise, you'll end up with lots of rain water inside the cabin, that has entered the car via the ventilation system.
