How many cats does a A6 2.7t have?

As title.

Does the biturbo petrol 2.7t have just 2 x cats or 4 cats (2x pre cats, 2 x extra cats further along exhaust)?

If so, can I delete the pre-cats and still pass emissions.

Or

Race cats instead?

2 pre cats and two main cats...Folk upgrade to sports cats if they want more performance and still pass the emissions. Speak to MRC...
