2.5 v6tdi starter motor problem

THis morning car would not turn over, after wiggilling key & gear selector leverl (auutomatic) it started, it did this twice. Since then its been turning over fine each time but the starter motor continues to run after the engine has started. I can even turn off the ignition and remove the key and the starter motor is still running even though the engine stops. This stops after 20s or so. No fault codes showing. Any ideas on where to look to find the problem?

Id say due to the fact that you have to wiggle a bit, probably ignition switch. Otherwise solenoid on starter goosed.
