Where to buy upper Guide rods+Torque rods

As my earlier post was about replacing my springs, I have noticed the rubber inserts inside the upper torque, and guide rods are completely rotten, a new set of rods for both sides from Audi are just under £400 !!!!!!

Does anyone know if I can purchase these rods cheaper anywhere else? Apparently I can buy the rubber inserts seperately, but you would need a special tool and skill to insert them in your old rods, (quote from Audi Crawley)

He will understand them as Control Arms Upper/Lower Front/Rear.
