Have you cleared the faults and then rescanned?
Are you shareware, full VCDS or paid software version.
Flat battery can return random air bag, crash detection and other faults and may cause the ignition fault code.
Did you have any DIS display warnings?
Does the climate control work?
If not may be old faults that were not cleared.
I know its a pain but you could also try to clear faults in VCDS, then disconnect battery for 20 mins.
Reconnect and rescan should reboot all the ECU's etc.
Make sure you have radio code and know how to reset the clock and the windows :)
After that any fault is probably valid and you can take all your christmas money to Audi for new bits....

Yes I deleted and rescanned. I have full VCDS Ross tech. The battery is 1year old and have 5 years warranty (Bosch 780mah). No warnings. All climate control functions are working. Its not possible to delete these faults and I don't know why.? Radio is fittest not original. I fitted my self.

Crash signal should reset as a minimum.
Suggest disconnect radio and repeat ....VCDS doesn't like aftermarket radios.
I'd still pull the battery for a while as that should reset any old codes (some say 20 mins some 2 hours).
If the radio install pick up on a live rather than the bus bar (does it stay on after the ignition is turned off but key still in?) that might explain some of the faults.

No. It's starts from key ( ACC ) and off when you turn off the engine. I will try to delete all faults and don't start the engine and take out battery + let's say for two hours. I will try to do that first thing in a morning before I go to work and I will post again faults if there will be left
P.S. Thanks

Stumped!
It all points to low voltage to me....

The door faults may be linked to the Convenience Module that suffers from damp issues.

http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/a6-s6-allroad-forum-c5-chassis/92036-convenience-control-module.html

Also lube the door lock catches as they signal the faults and rely on feeble micro switches.

The air quality sensor only detects dirty air and switches to re circulation. Unless your driving in a coal mine or Chernobyl its probably useless. Some people report they go dead every 2-3 years.

Expert needed....

I have thrown hundreds of dollars and over 60 hours at solving 01366. Airbag module, CCM, door latch modules, hatch latch module, battery, wiring, dome lights, puddle lights, foot well lights, harnesses, soft coding... finally someone told me to pull out my hazard light switch. Fixed.
