Climate button problem A6 C5

Hi all, I found this on ebay, has anyone tried them or just a waste of money? Climate button

Mine are all terrible, ruins what else is a real tidy interior. have searched for new (ebay) climate unit, but most have the same problem.
Or can you buy the buttons somewhere?

i have orderd them, but he is on holiday until Monday so i will let you know next week

as promised the guy sent the stickers monday and i have them today,

as described and with instructions so off i went to fit them, not the easiest thing when you have chubby fingers but here is how i did it.

first used a ear bud dipped in meths to clean off the polish on the button

used a pair of tweesers to position the sticker, this made it very easy to do, dont try with your fingers i dought you could do it with the unit in place.

and job done, they fit great and look the same makes a shabby button look new

would highly recommend.

so true, its such a shame they go like that in the first place considering the build quality of the car

I used my car in the dark for the first time yesterday and the buttons look great, allowing the light to shine through very happy with such a cheap fix

I agree, I also did mine, really pleased. as the seller said not quite same colour, but close enough.
