A6 2.5TDI V6 temp gauge falling and rising??

I'm guessing its the temp sensor as everything else appears to be 100%, but I can't find the sensor that's connected to gauge. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Any ideas?

Anyone else experience this problem?
