cruise control fitment

Hi all,

Is it possible to hook up cruise control on a non cruise controlled 1998 A6 Tdi SE?

If so what parts are needed.

yes it is possible, as mine was non cruise control, had it done at AMD, did a top job.

You can buy the stalk from VAG parts, about £35.00 and they also do the wiring as well. You will need someone with vag-com to let the car know you have cruise control.

is that al you have to do? just add the stalk and tell the car it's there?

no, in some cars there is a wiring loom that needs to be fitted and also a wire to connect the clutch pedal, we also fit this for the bargain price of £75+VAT
