Following my overheating problem I decided to change the water pump and sure enough found that internals had come away from the housing. So good news BUT when I went to put the Cam belt back on I realised I had made a School Boy error and had two timing marks on each cam!! Doh

Anyway without wanting to risk smashing valves etc has anyone got any advise on how to correctly getting the timing back on a 2.8 V6 30v engine??

Haynes don't do a manual and am completely lost....

Any help much apreciated.
