S6 5.2l V10 aged 2006 + known issues etc

Hi

am currently doing some research into known problems and expensice repairs on the 5.2l V10 - after hearing some horror stories on the RS6 (glass transmission etc etc as expensive to run & maintain as an itralian exotic...) I am interested to hear if similar issues / costs are likely to occur here...

Also what sort of mileage can this V10 do (assuming full history etc)?
