Thoughts on 2005 E61 535d Touring and Audi A6 Avant 3.0tdi Quattro

I know the 535d is quicker with more bhp and torque as standard, but what are your thoughts on ownership?

535d M Sport Touring
I think it looks good
Standard spec not great, but so would like Pro nav, heated seats, xenons
Sounds like it needs to be maintained well, swirl flaps, thermostats, some electrical issues

A6 Avant 3.0tdi Quattro Tiptronic
S Line still looks good, but not as sharp as the M Sport Touring I think
Offers similar space, mpg I believe
Quattro is obviously a plus throughout the year, not to worry about the november-feb wet, icy, snowy times as much

p.s. say both had FSH, 65k miles, same condition, 2006 models how much would you pay for each?
took a couple of random ones I found and put on WebuyAnyCar and the valuations comes back £10500-11000 region
Autotrader prices depending on mileage, spec, condition etc. is about £12-20k!

What's a good private buy price?

I bought 55 plate A6 3.0TDI auto quattro sline 74,000 with sat nav, phone, leather, front + rear parking sensors, Xenons, rear led lights etc for £13,000. Much nicer than BMW!!
