Service reminder

Hi, I had my C6 3.0TDI Avant serviced 3 weeks ago and the service reminder still says waiting for data?? Is this right. I just wanted to see what other peoples experience was with this as I feel there is an issue. I would expect it to say 400ish days till service?? I have done longlife service too.

I had my 2.0T serviced by Audi and it did take a good few days to sort itself out and decide when the next service should be.... however 3 weeks..... give them a call!

thanks for reply, It has actually just given me a time now...702 days or 11,000 miles
