I too would like to update my Sat. Nav. system. I've just spoken with Audi Customer Services in Milton Keynes about upgrading my '55' Avant. He told me any dealer would be able to do this but that the upgrades only came out every 18 months or so. I'd say mine is from 2004 at best.

Also, I'd quite like one that showed pubs as well as restaurants, anyone know if it's possible to get such a thing?

Finally, rather sadly, I'd like to see McDonalds on there too. Only because they have BT Openzone in nearly all their fast-food canteens now (not Hedge End off M27 though).

Asked in Poole Audi about an upgrade. £226 plus VAT for a new DVD. I might just ask Reading Audi why they sold me a 2006 car with a 2004 sat-nav system installed.

Containsltd......This is what you want, bought from them for both my A6 and Touareg in the past. This is the verision without TMC codes: £91.99

If you've got the TMC module fitted (my A6 didn't but the Touareg did) you want this version. £159.99

These are the latest most upto date software - remember these are the people who supply Audi, but won't get stuck with old stock as a dealer might. You'll also find it probably has the firmwae upgrade for your Navigation Unit

Thanks for the reply above. I did look but unfortunately they only go up to 2004 models. However a web search and torrent site might work for others in my predicament.
