How many media cables did you get with your AMI, I only got an ipod cable so I think some are missing.
When I collected my Sportback there was a package in the glove box containing an ipod cable and a USB cable. You should get both.
Problem is that there is a global shortage of the twin packs USB/Ipod, so some dealerships are providing single cables only. But they should provide a USB and Ipod in single packs.
