High Mileage S5

Hey guys looking for some advice. seen a nice 2008 S5 fully loaded with full Audi service. only trouble is its clocked up alot of miles.
Its got 105000 on it. its priced at 15k

Is there anything to look out for on high miler? what are the clutch like on these models? its a manual by the way. are the water pump prone to fail and can a competent diyer replace the water pump with ease? how long do wheel bearings last? any other ideas or problems that may occure due to high mileage?

From dealership experience, find out if it's had the clutch done. That's all I'm really able to say ;-).
