My 2.0t quattro is now only getting 280 miles to the tank ,when I filled it up there was only 4litres left in the tank. how can this be the Mrs drives it to work 20miles a day mostly motor way,is it worth taking it to the dealer to have a look I'm sure it was getting around 400miles to a tank when I got it in may.

I would take it to the dealer , yours is a 15 gallon (64 litre ) tank which makes it less than 20 miles a gallon.

Even urban you should be getting 30mpg .
