Right prob being a complete mong but checked the FAQ's and clicked on insert image icon but it asks for url address. On other forums i usually click insert image icon and my pics automatically open up. I dont know url address so how do i post??? Thanks.

Open a photo account on a site like www.photobucket.com
Upload all your photos to there, then simply copy and paste the image url into the thread as you write it.
