i went 4 et35 in the end, i/we (yaseen) looked into it and everything pointed to et35 as they push the wheel out furter, hope this makes sense, im getting them from rochford where i presume yours came from originally, looking at the centre caps.

ET 30's will push the wheels further out than et35's. the lower the offset the further out the wheels will sit - i know this as im running et 22's on my a3

yup, the lower the offset the more outwards the wheel is (oem rs4 is et20 to fill arches) and the diff is in mm

But EVERYTHING I have read points to ET35 looking being preffered!!

A few months ago I asked Rochford to get me et35, they couldnt as they just did et30, now they do /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I did advise you to read all the above and make your own decision- but relax /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerchug.gif Although this car badly needs to be dropped and new caps- Look at the pic in the link below & tell me these don't look good- if they don't i'll take em off your hands /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

You guys span me out there for a minute. I know I couldn't have managed even a 5mm difference in offset as my wheels were really filling the arches, so I did wonder how you were going to pull off an extra 5mm /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

35mm is the recommended offset for the B5, I was pushing it a bit with 30 but it looks spot on.

im happy with the choice i have made, dave just rang me, he said the new replicas hes just received are the best yet and they come with silver caps not that chrome effect, which i really dont like, roll on tuesday and i will get some pics up.
