my AAN 5 Cylnder 2.2 Turbo powered Audi A4 B5 avant quattro
I know a lot of people in the VAG world have said it cannot be done and i will not finish the car................ well..............
After HEAVILY HEAVILY modiying the chassis pickups and 90% of the bodywork on the front end its done.......
right heres my Audi running and completed running the standard URS4 Bosch managment, BOSCH 044 pump, although been remapped and only 1bar boost and 8000rpm limiter, 12mm fuel lines throughout, 3" downpipe, single box system and seperate screamer pipe for wastegate
Waiting on 1.8bar wastegate spring to be delivered then will be running 2bar held boost on 99ron fuel remap.
Then the rebuild starts!!................
i currently have a 2.5td AAT bottom end, Scat rods, JE pistons, Gold ARP bolts, New oil pump and gaskets throughout (already have this)
Jonus spec cams, solid lifters and timing gear (tested to well over 1200bhp and 11,000rpm)
5x1600cc injectors (already have this)
Big port/valve head
Fabricated inlet manifold
GT42R turbocharger running through ported AAN wastegate (already have this)
034 motorsport stageIIc managment with ALS/launch control (already have this)
For the time being when the wastegate spring arrives i will just remap it to run 444cc skyline injectors and 2bar boost for arround 400bhp.
