RS4 front bumber

Hiya is there any member on here from w yorkshire who can go look at a rs4 front bumber for me and if its any good buy it for me, i found it on piston heads but the guy wont post it and wants the cash first and wont take pay pal or cash on collection ive been done like that before where ive gone miles to get summin and it was nothing like they said it was. if you can i can pay you through paypal and what ever it costs to post to south wales and some cash for your time please let me know guys
