thinking she is worth approx £800 to £1250 - right ball park?

1996 P plate 1.8T saloon with 150k miles FWD in silver

new turbo at 140k serviced regularly at dealer then specialists (unit 20 on the wirral) - still pulls really well

full black leather, 17 inch S4 alloys with good year tyres

lots of tlc but she has a few marks on the bodywork so would class the paint work as good with a couple of dents here and there

ye i'd say your in the right area, and i'd hope the top end of that was easily achievable, espeically with a good history, new turbo and the leather interior.

moving onto a RS4 B5 for the weekends and maybe an allroad 2.7 TT for the daily. Mainly get hire cars for work so my main mileage is covered. Just need to buy a house with the right size garages first!

gf was a bit bemused that I was rejecting houses on the size of the garages

Ahhhhhhh Pay rise?!lol! (RS4)......I was toying with the idea of one of those for a while. Simply don't want to pay out for running one of them! And ref the garages, I'm with you mate! Chicks just don't understand!lol!
