Rear seat removal

I need to remove the rear seats to fit new seat covers
I have removed the torx screws that hold the bottom of the backrest in place but how do I remove the headrest brackets/tubes?

pull the bottom of the seat outwards, put hand behind the seat and you will be able to feel the headrest brackets then pinch the bracket and the whole headrest mechanism will pop out. two mechanisms per headrest.
once you have done both sides the seat will simple lift up and pop out.

Me thinks I could do with a good manual!

Clymer, Haynes or could you recomend a better one!
