hi guys long time no speak really, well the good news is that after a long time my car is back on the road be it with a whole new front end (bar the engine) i took it for its MOT today and apart from the healight levels it only failed on the one thing (not bad for almost a 10year old car) it was a very small fuel leak 'around by the tank' i havent had time to investigate here but just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
