    Faulty boot lock??? Help

    Hey Guys

I have a W-plate (2000) A4 1.8 T and I’m having problems with my boot lock. When I close the boot in dash light still tells me that the boot is open I think it’s a door switch but not sure if it only comes with a new latch. Can anyone help with this issue?

    Many thanks

I am 99% it's part of the lock assy. To add the facelift one is likely to be different than prefacelift too
