Will german exhaust parts fit Uk model?

Hi folks

My Exhaust is rattling a little, and ive been told that the downpipe (see pic) needs replacing.If I source this from germany, will this fit my car or do they have a different layout etc?

And while Im on the subject will coilovers/other suspension bought from germany fit on uk cars?
