coolant warning light and buzzer.
Yesterday when I turned on the ignition the coolant warning light and buzzer came on, I investigated the expansion tank to find it full of brownish gunk, I take it that this is not the coolant specified by the audi dealers and is some oil contamination. Any way I poured a bottle of water into the expansion tank and the warning light and buzzer only comes on now when you initially start the car, when it is warm the light or buzzer does not activate, the engine temperature is showing the normal running temperature. I originally thought that it was the censor in the expansion tank and was going to replace the expansion tank and coolant but this brown gunk has go me puzzled. Any help would be greatfully recieved
