Vag Com?

A friend of mine has got rid of his Audi A3, and has given me a cable and some software called VAG-Com? Googled it and it all looks abit confusing, but he said you can do little tricks like set the doors to lock at a certain speed and make the horn sound when you lock/unlock it?
Dunno if its true? Any help on how to do stuff with it?

Yeh, noticed that, so for coding, is it just a case of adding the number to the existing number? (like 1 + 1 = 2?) And it says to remove the horn sound -xxxx, mine doesnt have the horn sound, so should i add xxxx?
