    Leccy fan wanted

Anyone got a spare leccy cooling fan for an A4 laying around?

Mine has given up the ghost unless i stuff a stick in it to start it off, whilst thats a way of getting it going, it's not exactly ideal.lol

mark, plenty S4 owners have removed their fans to fit larger intercoolers and the operation of the aircon is unaffected...

afaik the fan is just there to assist when the vehicle is stationary.

The S4 owners remove the front smaller fan, not the main larger on. I have one of those smaller front ones here, but there is no point fitting it when the FMIC requires it to be not there.

I think i have one sorted fingers crossed !

I didnt think the rear fan is for the aircon?

Isnt it an auxiliarly cooling fan for the engine?

I'm sure i've looked at the wiring diagrams before and it just runs of a thermal switch on the rad?
