Simple timing belt question

In order to change the timing belt, tensioner & water pump on a non-turbo 1.8 96, does the front bumper have to be removed? or can it be done without

    Thanks in advance

Bit far from you- the specialist is in leeds

I live down south but have family up north,- my idea is to always to visit my mum and get work done whilst up there

want to get timing done before new bumper put on hence the post

Did i mention they are picking up and dropping off the car (20 min journey)- Northerners rule
