HI - is this a matter of straight swap with the old one, or do I need to fill the new filter up?

People have told me it's self priming - is this true? I don't really want to be doing this on Sunday with the car not able to start for the Monday commute!

Many thanks in anticipation.

I would fill it up when refitting as best as possible, she should cough and splutter a bit i would hold the revs up a bit, then it should clear out, job done

I did mine a while ago, and its a striaght swap, but i filled it up with Injector cleaner, The funny thing is, the car will run perfectly well on the cleaner, but its more expensive than diesel LOL

Takes about 5 minutes to do and about £30.00
