Final drive a4 2.5 tdi quattro ?

Hi everyone, does anyone know whats the final drive for the 98 v6 tdi quattro ? Also does s4 diff fit the 2.5 tdi gearbox? Are they the same final drive ? Thanks everyone !
 
Yes, S4 differential will fit your 01E 6-speed, same final drive of 4.11:1.
 
Thanks Siena, helpfull as usual ! One more thing,does the b5 rs4 diff fits me car as well(1998 b5 a4 2.5 tdi quattro) ? Are the rear shafts any longer to accomodate the widened track ? I am just trying to broaden my knowledge:think:...
 
Thanks a lot Sir ! So i take it that the final drive on the quattro v6 tdi is the same that the s4 and rs4 rear diffs...Hope i got it right :think:...
 
I'll have a 2,6L diff next week.
 
Sorry to jump in but, :D does that mean I can use any prop on my 2.5V6 TDI '99?
My prop bearing rubber has gone and its bang bang bang in 1st and second!!!

I have a propshaft, but for 5 speed onlz.

you need an S4 one.
 
******! How much will I get robbed for, for one of them?
 
i think 34 do a repair for the mount bush thingy , cause i need one too
