boost hose size?

hi guys
could anyone tell me what is the inner core size i need to replace the boost hoses from top of dv ect small looking tubing.

ive got a roll of 5mm inner core size silicone would this be ok or incorrect size?

the only thing im stuck with why doing some other work.

i think its 3 or 4mm, try the 5mm on there and see if it fits, but i'm sure its smaller.

it does seem to fit tight enough but wasnt sure if it HAD to be a certain size? or is it ok as long as its on tight and leakless, the silicone ive got is not re-enforced in the silcone{with the string inside the silicone} would that be ok?

yeh the vacuum silicone rarely has reinforcing.

Put a cable tie round the barb to secure it on and you'll be fine.
