how hard is it to get turbo off my a4 tdi 99 model ,the vains need cleanin

Easy enough, a few hours work, or you could buy the innotec cleaning kit and do it in situ. Costs around £40 iirc and works a treat

got turbo off ,cleand it ,put it back on and its still the same , the turbo is not comeing in at all
