Speedo swap

Hi I am looking to change the clocks on my 2.5 TDI Quattro (99) which has an analogue clock but am looking at a cluster with a digital read out.
Can this swap be done?
It looks nicer IMO and my MFD is slowly becoming non existent...

youd need skc code for new cluster, vag com to program keys
and i think the newer style have a different middle plug so youd need to do a spot of rewiring
